摘要
随着经济水平的不断提高、人们生活水平的不断提升,户式中央空调因其典雅美观、舒适度高、清新健康等优点受到人们的喜爱,越来越频繁地出现在别墅甚至普通住宅里。对南京皇册家园里的1套4层别墅进行户式中央空调系统的设计,采用一套集快速冷/热、足量换气、采暖加湿、全自动数字控制和高度节能特点于一体的空气调节系统。在众多方案中最终选择了最适合别墅使用的多联机系统(也称变制冷剂流量空调系统),满足了安装简单、价格适中以及室内温度控制的要求。
The requirements of people’s living standards are rising with the continuous enhancement of the economic level.Elegant,beautiful,high-comfortable,fresh and healthy residential central air-conditioning will meet more and more people ’s need.So the residential central air-conditioning appears more frequently in the villa and even ordinary residence.A residential central air-conditioning system for a four-storey villa in Nanjing Royal Palace is designed.The system requires cold/heat rapidly,sufficient quantities of ventilation,heating and humidification,automatic control and a high degree of energy efficiency.And Variable Refrigerant Volume（VRV） system is selected within many plans,because VRV system is easy to install,and affordable with temperature controlling accurately.
