摘要
利用Fluent软件建立了不同喷嘴轴心间距下水力割缝的数学模型,采用标准k-ε湍流模型模拟了钻孔内部流场,并分析了喷嘴轴线间距对射流流场分布、轴心速度衰减和钻孔壁面压力分布的影响。研究结果表明:该影响较大,喷嘴轴心间距越小,射流流场分布越紊乱。随着喷嘴轴心间距d的增大,射流流场分布规律性逐渐明显,且轴心速度衰减呈现先减小后增大的趋势,喷嘴轴心间距的最佳值为40 mm。
A mathematical model of hydraulic slotting with different nozzle axis spacing was established by using the Fluent software.It utilized the standard k-ε turbulent model to simulate the internal flow field,analyzed the influence of nozzle axis spacing on the flow field distribution,axis velocity decay and the pressure distribution of the borehole wall.The results showed that the influence was very great.The smaller the nozzle axis spacing was,the more disordered the flow field distribution was.With the nozzle axis spacing d increasing,the regularity of flow field distribution became clear,and the axial velocity decay decreased first and then increased.The best value of nozzle axis spacing is 40 mm.
