摘要
为实现风电叶片长期稳定运转,需要在叶片上涂装防护涂层使得叶片具备优良的耐候、耐磨、防污等性能。文中介绍了各种合成高分子树脂材料在风电叶片保护领域的研究进展,包括应用最普遍、性能全面的聚氨酯,耐候性极佳、表面能较低的氟聚合物以及粘接性好、附着能力强的丙烯酸树脂等。这些聚合物以单一组分或几种材料复合的形式制备成单层或多层的防护涂层,以期使得叶片涂料具备优异的防护性能。
The wind turbine blades should be painted with the protective coating layers to get the excellent properties like weatherability and erosion resistance in order to work stably for a long term with fewer repairs. This paper introduced the progress of the polymer resin materials in the wind turbine blades protection field, including the popular polyurethane, lower surface energy fluoropolymer and polyacrylate with better adhesion ability. These various polymers will be used as a single component or compound to form a one-layer or multi-layer coating, endowing the coating best comprehensive performance.
