摘要
为了合理确定氧化镁混凝土的MgO极限外掺量,进行了不同MgO外掺量情况下的不同骨料级配混凝土的砂浆压蒸膨胀率试验和混凝土的自生体积变形测定。试验成果表明:不同骨料级配混凝土的砂浆的压蒸膨胀率的大小与单位体积试件中所含MgO的量大致相关;经湿筛去除大于40 mm的粗骨料获得的混凝土试件的自生体积变形的顺序为:一级配混凝土>三级配混凝土>二级配混凝土;利用筛除大于40 mm粗骨料的拌合物测试混凝土的自生体积变形,结果是人为地增大了混凝土的自生体积变形值。研究成果对氧化镁混凝土中MgO合理掺量的确定有参考价值。
To ascertaining rational MgO ultimate content of hydraulic concrete,the autoclave-treated expansibility of different grading concrete mortar samples and autogenic volume change of concrete samples mixed with MgO different content had been determined.The results showed that the autoclave-treated expansibility of different grading concrete mortar samples was related to MgO content within unit volume mortar sample.The sequence of autogenic volume change of wet screen(40 mm sieve)undersize concrete was,one grading concretethree grading concretetwo grading concrete.If autogenic volume change of concrete was tested using wet screen(40 mm sieve)undersize concrete,it spelled that the value of autogenic volume change was aggrandizement artificially.The fruits had practical significance for ascertain rational MgO content of concrete.
