摘要
服务科学概念引入图书馆后,引起了图书馆界的强烈震撼,由此引起了服务理念的不断革新。但是万变不离其宗,其实无非就是围绕着供与求大做文章。文章就此话题,巧妙的把遗传学的概念引入高职院校图书馆整个服务链当中。并通过对服务链当中的各个环节加以详细分析解读,论述了图书馆服务链中脆性位点的概念、特点及其对图书馆提升服务水平的影响。从一线人员的角度出发,层层深入,针对服务链中的各种矛盾加以拆分,并提出独到的见解,以消除服务链中的脆性位点带来的各种影响。
Introducing the concept of service science into the library,it made a strong shock in the field of library.For this reason,service concept has made innovations continually.But there's no new thing,it's always about demand and supply.On this topic,the concept of genetics will be introduced into the service chain of vocational colleges' library and all the links in the service chain will also be analysed.The paper discusses the concept and features of fragile site in the service chain of library and the influence of service level in the service chain of library that fragile sites bring.The author,from a professional view,searches the all kinds of contradiction and puts forward the special ideas which can eliminate various influence of service chain that fragile sites make.
