摘要 针对视觉应用中烟叶图像采集和处理技术需要规范和可靠性高的要求,根据CCD图像数据的采集具有数据传输速率高和传输通道多的特点,设计了基于视觉实时性的CCD传感器的烟叶图像采集及处理系统。该系统具备烟叶图像采集及相关处理的能力,提高数值运算速度和图像处理效率,与其他处理方式相比,速度和效率优势非常明显,并可以保证了图像的实时和高速性,在实际应用中具有十分重要的意义。 To overcome the advantages of the image acquisition and display technologies in machine vision application,e.g,standardization and poor reliability,based on CCD image data collection and the biggest characteristic is high speed of data transmission,the transmission characteristics of multi-channel sensor was designed based on CCD image acquisition and processing system.The system associated with image acquisition and processing capabilities,improved speed and image processing,numerical computing efficiency,compared with other treatment methods,speed and efficiency advantages are obvious,The image acquisition can work independently,guarantee the parallel real-time and high-speed image.Through the experiment shows that the system is a kind of ideal image acquisition and processing system.
