摘要
目前,我国处于和谐社会的构建时期,社会各方面的关系都处在分化和整合之中,有着"价值中立"特质的知识分子,在统筹协调社会各利益主体之间的关系、维护公平正义方面有着独特的作用。同时,知识分子作为知识、文化的创造者和传播者,在推动先进生产力发展、传播先进文化、为社会大众的心理健康提供指导等方面也都有重大作用。因此,需要社会完善知识分子政策,知识分子也要自觉承担起时代赋予的历史使命。
China is currently at the stage of building a harmonious society, and the reiatmnshlp between various aspects of the society is in the process of differentiation and integration. The intelligentsia with the traits of ＂value neutrality＂ plays a unique role in coordinating the relationship between the interest subjects of the society and in safeguarding fairness and justice. Meanwhile, being the creator and the disseminator of knowledge and culture, the intelligentsia also plays a significant role in promoting the development of advanced productive forces, spreading advanced culture and in offering the guidance of mental health for the mass. Thus, the society needs to improve intelligentsia policy, and the intelligentsia should consciously assume the historical missions endowed by the history.
