摘要
半夏是一种应用广泛、疗效确切的中药材。目前半夏收获方法主要是靠人工翻抛细拣,然后用筛子进行分离与清选,劳动强度大、效率低。为此,对设计的4SB-800型半夏收获机的转向机构的性能以及结构参数采用作图法和MATLAB7.0软件对其进行了设计计算,以改善半夏收获机组的跟踪性,提高机组的作业效率和工作质量,为该机的性能试验和改进设计提供依据。
Pinellia is a kind of widely used Chinese herbal medicines. The harvesting methods of pinellia ternata currently relied on manual turning and picking, and then using a sieve for separation and cleaning, which were labor-intensive and inefficient. In order to improve the tracking performance, working rate and quality of 4BX-800 harvester for pinellia ternata, performance and structural parameters of steering mechanism were determined using graphing method and MAT- LAB7.0 software. The parameters provided a basis for performance test optimal design.
