摘要
应用湍流流动的数学模型研究小方坯连铸机中间包内钢液的流动与混合,该模型包括求解三维湍流的 Navier—Stokes 方程和 K—ε两方程模型。对抚顺钢厂现有中间包的流场和停留时间作了模拟与分析,并预报了改进后的流场和停留时间,用小规模的模型实验所得的结果与计算机模拟的结果吻合很好。结果表明:改进后的中间包流场方式大大优于原中间包,对于连铸合金钢是很有意义的。
The model about turbulent was applied to study fluid flow and mixing in continuous casting tundishes,This mathematical model involves solution of the three dimensional turbulent Navier- Stokes equation and K-ε two equation turbulence model.The fluid flow field and residence time hav been simulated and analysde by computer,and the structure of tundish has been improved.The im- proved flow field does better than old one.The result of computer simulation is identical with one of the experimental models with small scale,Which convinces that the mathematical model is excellent.
