摘要
目的为求健全烟草市场,提升烟草行业的服务质量和盈利水平。方法基于PSO-BP混合算法。结果设计了一个基于C/S和B/S混合模式的精准营销和客户自服务系统,具有预测卷烟销量,指导卷烟新品投放以及搭建客户服务平台等功能。在核心模块卷烟销量预测中,建立了基于粒子群优化的BP神经网络的预测模型。结论该模型具有预测精度高的优点,可以精确指导香烟的投放比例和数量。
Aim To consummate the tobacco market and promote the service and profitability of tobacco industry. Methods This paper designs an MIS for intelligent marketing and consumer services based on PSO-BP mixed mode. Results The system can predict the future sales of tobacco, determine the launch of new products, and put up the platform for customer services. Based on PSO theory, the system establishes a BP neural network of predic- tion model in the sales forecast, which is the key work. Conclusion Results of simulation shows that this system has the advantage of high-precision prediction, and can determine the amounts and proportions of tobacco to be put on sale.
