摘要
结合四川嘉陵江干流川陕省界至上石盘梯级库尾河段(全长约57 km,天然落差48.5 m,理论蕴藏量86 MW)的自然地理条件,从水电规划角度,充分考虑了本河段的特点、敏感条件、制约水电开发等各方面因素,对2梯级开发和4梯级开发两个方案进行比较论证后,推荐在现阶段技术、经济、环保等均可行的2梯级方案,即由上至下为八庙沟水电站(正常蓄水位520 m)和飞仙关水电站(正常蓄水位491.5 m)。
The upstream section of Jiahnjiang fiver from the border between Sichuan Province and Shanxi Province to the reservoir tail of Shipan cascade has a total length of 57kin, natural drop of 48.5m and theoretical installation reserve of 86MW. Taking fully consideration of the characteristics, sensitive and restriction factors of this river sec- tion, 2-cascade development scheme was recommended after comparison with a 4-cascade alternative. The recom- mended scheme is feasible in respects of technique, cost and environment protection, including upstream Bamiao- gou hydropower station with normal pool level of 520m and downstream Feixianguan hydropower station with NPL of 491.Sin.
