盐酸莫西沙星中一个新有关物质的结构解析 被引量:4

The Structure Identification of A New Impurity in Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride

摘要 在盐酸莫西沙星的研究过程中,发现了一个新的有关物质,在成品中含量为0.1%左右。用制备型高效液相色谱对其进行分离纯化,通过元素分析、质谱和核磁共振谱(包括1H NMR,H-H cosy,13C NMR,DEPT,HSQC,HMBC)确定其结构为1-环丙基-7-(1-氨基-8-氮杂双环[4.3.0]壬烷-8-基)-6-氟-8-甲氧基-1,4-二氢-4-氧代-3-喹啉羧酸。 In the research of moxifloxacin hydrochloride, a new related substance was found and the content in the product was about 0.1%. It was obtained by preparative HPLC and the structure was identified as 7-(1-amino-8-azabicyclo [4.3.0]nonan-8-yl)-1-cyclopropyl-1,4-dihydro-6-fluoro-8-methoxy-4-oxoquinlokine-3-carboxylic acid by elemental analysis, MS and NMR spectra including 1HNMR, H-H cosy, 13C NMR, DEPT, HSQC and HMBC.
