摘要
12-20A是在新陆早33号优系中发现的一个雄性不育突变材料,为了明确其雄性不育性状的遗传规律,对该突变体进行了初步遗传分析。用12-20A做母本,分别与其它正常可育材料构建了8个F2群体和5个BC1群体。结果表明,8个群体的F1表现为完全可育,F2群体可育与不育性状表现为3:1的分离;BC1群体表现为完全可育,无不育性状的分离表现。初步分析表明:12-20A不育性状表现为由单基因控制的隐性细胞核不育。
12 -20A is a male sterility mutant material which was found in good breeding lines of the Xinluzao 33. In order to make clear the genetic regularity of male sterility, we make the preliminary genetic analysis. We constructed 8 F2 groups and 5 BCI groups whose female parent were 12 -20A. The results show that FI groups are fertile completely and in F2 groups the separation ratio of fertile plants against sterile ones is 3 : 1. BCl groups are fertile completely, no sterile separation. Preliminary analysis shows that the 12 - 20A sterility trait is recessive nuclear male sterility which controlled by a single gene.
