姜黄素对非酒精性脂肪性肝病小鼠肝脏SREBP-1c mRNA表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究姜黄素干预小鼠固醇调节元件结合蛋白1c(sterol-regulatory element binding protein-1c,SREBP-1c)在肝脏表达与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的相关性。方法:应用RT-PCR方法对比正常组、NAFLD模型组、姜黄素治疗组中肝脏SREBP-1c的mRNA表达进行分析。结果:SREBP-1c mRNA在模型组表达增高,在姜黄素治疗组与正常组相比表达增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NAFLD模型组肝脏中SREBP-1c mRNA的表达明显增高而治疗组表达也增高;应用姜黄素对于NAFLD的治疗作用可能不是通过调节SREBP-1cmRNA的表达而实现的。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between sterol--regulatory element binding protein-- le (SREBP--lc) and NAFLD in liver of mice after interference by curcumin. Methods: In Normal group, NAFLD model group and Treatment group by curcumin, the expression of SREBP--lc mRNA in liver were tested by RT--PCR. Results: The expression of SREBP--lc mRNA was increased in N AFLD model group, and also increased in Treatment group compared with Normal group (P ~ 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of SREBP--lc mRNA was increased in NAFLD model group and Treatment group, and the therapeutic effect of curcumin for NAFLD may not be implemented by regulating the expression of SREBP--lc mRNA
