摘要
目的通过对比及分析两种早期釉质龋的保守治疗方案的疗效,为实际临床应用提供参考。方法汇总来本科接受早期釉质龋治疗的患者病历记录,并进行统计学分析。根据所采用的治疗药物,将患者分为两组,包括,(1)氟化钠组:采用5%氟化钠的Duraphat Varnish保护漆为治疗药物;(2)CPP-ACP组:采用含900ppm的酪蛋白磷酸多肽-无定形磷酸钙(CPP-ACP)的局部再矿化糊剂进行治疗。两种药物的使用均根据厂家的指导方案进行。以SPSS16.0统计学软件进行数据处理,对比两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后的情况:氟化钠组125例139颗患牙,治愈62颗,治愈率为44.60%,有效60颗,有效率为43.17%,无效17颗,无效率为12.23%,该组总有效率为87.77%;CPP-ACP组138例163颗患牙,治愈93颗,治愈率为57.06%,有效61颗,有效率为37.42%,无效9颗,无效率为5.52%,该组总有效率为94.48%。结论酪蛋白磷酸多肽-无定形磷酸钙的局部应用,可有效促进早期牙釉质龋的再矿化过程,具有良好的临床应用前景。
Objective Through compared and analyzed the curative effect of two kinds of early enamel caries conservative treatment regimens,in order to provide a reference for practical clinical applications.Methods Summaried to undergraduate course to accept early enamel caries therapy the patient's chart records,and statistical analysis.According to the drug treatment,the patients were divided into two groups,including:(1)accept fluoride group:the 5% sodium fluoride of Du raphat Varnish protection paint for drugs;(2)the CPP-ACP group:USES the including 900 ppm of casein phosphoric acid polypeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate local to mineralization paste agent for treatment.The use of two drugs are ac cording to the manufacturer's guidance schemes.To SPSS 16.0 statistical software for data processing,two groups of treatment effect were compared.Results Two groups of patients after the treatment of the situation:fluoride nano group of 125 cases with 139 single tooth,cure in 62 star,the cure rate was 44.60%,effective in 60 single,effective rate was 43.17%,the invalid in 17 star,no efficiency was 12.23%,the total effective rate was 87.77%;CPP-ACP group of 138 cases with 163 single tooth,cure in 93 star,the cure rate was 57.06%,effective in 61 star,effective rate was 37.42%,the invalid in 9 star,no efficiency was 5.52%,the total effective rate was 94.48%.Conclusion The casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate topical application can effectively promote remineralization of early enamel caries process,and has good clinical application prospect.
