摘要
从硬件设施、人力资源、文献资源以及经费投入4方面选择11个指标,通过指标变量的主成分变换处理,以主观赋值评价法、主成分评价法、因子分析评价法、模糊综合评价法、Topsis评价法5种方法的综合评价结果为参照,采用排序选择模型的构建思路,构建图书馆资源配置的评价模型,实现70所高校图书馆资源配置的评价。结果表明,所构建的模型在评价高校图书馆资源配置的排序及分级上与5种方法具有良好的一致性。
By selecting the 11 indicators derived from hardware, human resource, literature resource and funds, and through the principal component transforming, the evaluation model of the university library resources allocation is constructed with the reference of comprehensive evaluation results of the 5 methods : subjective weighting evaluation method, evaluation of principal components, factor analysis and evaluation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, Topsis evaluation. The different levels of the libraries are arranged. The library resources allocation of 70 universityies are evaluated. The results show that the modal constructed in this paper has a good consistency in the evaluation and the classification of university library resources allocation comparing to the 5 methods' evaluation.
