摘要
目前中国工程公司以EPC总承包模式参与国际竞争愈来愈普遍,对EPC国际工程风险因素的准确识别和客观分级是确保项目成功的前提条件。通过文献调研和专家访谈,对总承包商在EPC国际项目中所面对的风险因素进行了系统的识别和分类,并应用AHP法对风险因素进行了权重分析,最终根据权重值和变化值得到风险因素的分级体系。希望通过本文的研究,为中国工程公司参与EPC国际工程项目的前期决策提供有效的参考。
Currently, it has become increasingly universal that Chinese engineering companies participate in international competition in the way of EPC, while the accurate recognition and objective grading of EPC international engineering's risk factors are preconditions for success of projects. By literature research and expert interview, this paper systematically recognizes and classifies risk factors confronting general contractors in EPC international projects. And it also conducts weight analysis concerning risk factors by applying AHP. Finally, the paper derives the grading system of risk factors according to weight values and change values. Hopefully, this research can provide effective reference for Chinese engineering companies' participation in preliminary decision-making of EPC international engineering projects.
