摘要
OCMA- 2 2 0型油分仪应用非散红外光谱法测定水样中油的含量 ,测定结果较稳定 ,准确度较高 ,在环境监测中应用广泛。实际操作中 ,水样中悬浮粒子较多且萃取层与 CCL4 层为乳化状态时 ,必须经滤纸过滤和无水 Na2 SO4 脱水处理 ,才能进行测定。但经滤纸过滤和无水 Na2 SO4 脱水处理后 ,空白值分别在 5ppm和 1 6ppm以上 ,如果样品油含量较低时 ,产生的系统误差 ,将导致分析结果准确度降低。
The OCMA-220 oil analyser is used to determinate the oil content in water samples by non infrared spectrometry.The determinated result is steadier and the accuracy is higher.It is applied extensively in environmental monitoring.In actual opreation,the water samples must be dehydrated through being filtered by filter paper and being eliminated by anhydrous Na 2SO 4 to determinate oil content in water samples,because there are many suspended particles in the water samples and the extraction layer is at emulsification state with CCL 4 layer.After being filtered by filter paper and being eliminated by anhydrous Na 2SO 4,the blank values are over 5 ppm and 16 ppm respectively.If the oil content in water samples is lower,the systematic error produced will lead up to cutting down the accuracy of analytical result.
