摘要
研究了生物活性炭去除地下水中石油类污染物的机理、活性炭表面生物膜的微观形态及生物学特性。活性炭床进出水的色质联机分析结果表明 ,苯系物的去除率最高 ,依次为稠环芳烃类、酯、醛、酮类 ,烷烃类。在生物膜中生长着丰富的微生物 ,为石油污染物的去除提供了良好的生物环境。
Through the in-situ experiments of removing the petroleum hydrocarbons in polluted groundwater, the removal mechanism of the petroleum contaminants by the biological activated carbons, the micro-patterns and the biological characteristics of the carbon surface were studied in this paper. The analysis of the organic contaminants before and after cleaning up by GC/MS indicated that ranges from the highest removal rate to the lowest one were benzene, PAHs, ester, aldehyde, ketone and alkane in proper order. The biological analysis made clear that there was a great deal of microbes in the biomembrane on the surface of the activated carbon, which provided favourable conditions for the biodegradation of the petroleum hydrocarbons.
