河北香菊总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘要 对河北香菊(Chrysanthemum morifoliu‘HebeiXiangju’)中总黄酮提取方法进行了比较研究,同时采用索氏提取和超声提取方法,利用高效液相色谱法对总黄酮进行检测和含量测定,确定了提取总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:各因素对河北香菊中总黄酮得率的影响大小顺序为乙醇浓度>提取温度>提取时间>料液比;河北香菊中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为90%、提取温度为65℃、提取时间为45min和料液比为1∶80。 In this paper, the method of flavonoids extraction from Chrysanthemum morifoliu ‘HebeiXiangju’was studied. Soxhlet method and ultrasonic extraction method were used to ex tract flavonoids, and high performance liquid chromatographic methods were used to test the content in this study. The order of the factors which affected the extraction rate was showed as following, ethanol concentration 〉 extraction temperature〉extraction time 〉solid-liquid ra tio. The extraction rate was the highest at the condition of ethanol concentration 90%, ultra sonic temperature 65 ℃, ultrasonic time 45 minutes, solid-liquid ratio ratio 1 : 80.
