钧釉分相微结构与钧瓷呈色研究 被引量:12

SEPARATIVE-PHASE CHARACTERISTIC AND COLORING MECHANISM OF JUN GLAZE

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜观察,分析了钧瓷中分相法呈色的物理光学原理以及烧制气氛对分相小液滴及呈色现象的影响。研究表明:分相釉的呈色机理符合Rayleigh散射及Mie散射规律,控制分相小液滴尺寸及分布状态是获得分相色釉的关键。即当分相小液滴尺寸小于100 nm时,釉层以Rayleigh散射为主,釉色呈蓝色;而分相小液滴尺寸大于入射光波长时,则以Mie散射为主,釉色呈乳白色;同时利用Rayleigh散射和Mie散射,通过合理控制分相小液滴尺寸及分布状态还可以获得红色钧釉。 The physical optics principle of atmosphere on the coloring mechanism were studied separative-phase coloring and the effects of calcination with scanning electron microscopy. The results indicate that the coloring of the JUN glazes mainly conforms to Rayleigh scattering and Mie scattering. The scattering of the glaze layer with blue color is predominantly Rayleigh scattering when the size of the separative-phase droplets is less than 100nm. Mie scattering is predominant when the droplets are larger than the wavelength of incident light, while the glaze coloring is opaque white. Additionally, red coloring of separative-phase glaze can also be achieved by tuning the experimental parameters via a two-step calcination process. A possible coloring mechanism based on the physical optics was suggested. We find that a key technique to prepare the separative- phase colored glaze is to control the size and the distribution of the droplets.
