摘要
企业技术创新与商业模式创新都是复杂、开放的系统,并影响着企业发展。本文运用耗散结构论、熵理论研究企业技术创新系统与商业模式创新系统的熵变,探讨二者的相互作用及协同机理,建立企业技术创新与商业模式创新协同的熵变模型,并对苹果公司进行熵变分析。该模型的运用不仅能够明确当前企业创新系统的运行状况,也为企业下一步决策提供理论指导。
Technological innovation system and business model innovation system both are complex open system, and they have important influence on the enterprise development. In this paper, the theories of dissipative structure and entropy are used to research the entropy change of technological innovation system and business model innovation system. The interaction and synergy mechanism of enterprise technological innovation and business model innovation are re- searched, and the entropy change model for the synergy of enterprise technological innovation and business model innovation is established. Last, we analyze the entropy change of Apple Company. The application of this model can not only make the enterprise innovation system operating conditions clear, but also provide theoretical guidance for enterprise's next decision- making.
