摘要
[方法]采用超高效液相色谱法测定了10%噁唑酰草胺可湿性粉剂在水稻及稻田环境中的残留动态。[结果]当噁唑酰草胺及其代谢产物HFMPA、HPFMPA和6-CBO的添加量为0.05~1.0 mg/kg时,其在水稻田土壤、田水、植株、糙米和稻壳中的平均回收率为79.0%~107.3%,变异系数为2.0%~7.2%。[结论]噁唑酰草胺在2年(2010—2011年)3地(福州、天津、南京)的稻田水中的消解半衰期为11.4~53.3 d,土壤中10.0~33.5 d,植株中14.1~36.7 d,其在土壤和植株样品中检出了代谢产物HPFMPA和6-CBO,而在田水样品中未检出代谢产物。按照施药剂量分别为180、270 g a.i./hm2各施药1次,在收获的水稻植株、糙米、稻壳与土壤中的最终残留量均低于最低检出质量分数(稻田土壤〈0.008 mg/kg,植株、糙米〈0.017 mg/kg,稻壳〈0.026 mg/kg)。
[Methods] Residue dynamics and terminal residue of metamifop 10% WP in rice and field environment were studied by UPLC.[Results] As metamifop and its metabolites were applied at a range of concentrations from 0.05 to 1.0 mg/kg,average recoveries of them in soil,water,rice plants,brown rice and rice hull samples ranged from 79.0 to 107.3%,with variation coefficients of 2.0-7.2%.[Conclusions] Two-year and three-area experiments results showed that the half-life of gradation for metamifop was 11.4 to 53.3 d in water,10.0 to 33.5 d in soil,and 14.1 to 36.7 d in rice plants.Residues of metabolites HPFMPA and 6-CBO were detected in soil and rice plants,but not in water.When a rice field ecosystem was sprayed once with metamifop 10% WP at the recommended dosage,the terminal residues in rice field samples were less than detection limits.
