摘要
[目的]研究高效氯氰菊酯在棉花上使用后的残留动态及其环境安全性。[方法]在济南和杭州2地进行了其在棉花上的残留动态和最终残留试验,采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化-气相色谱法测定高效氯氰菊酯在棉花中的残留量。[结果]高效氯氰菊酯在棉花植株和土壤上的半衰期分别为3.1~6.4、6.2~9.8 d。施药后第7天棉籽中的高效氯氰菊酯残留量均低于0.2 mg/kg。[结论]12%毒死蜱.高效氯氰菊酯乳油在棉花上最后1次施药距收获的安全间隔期暂定为7 d。
[Aims] To study the residue degradation dynamics of beta-cypermethrin in cotton and environment,a method for determination of its residue in cotton and soil by GC-ECD was established.[Methods] The experiments were carried out in Jinan and Hangzhou.And the extractions was purified by GPC and detected by GC-ECD.[Results] The half-lives of β-cypermethrin were 3.1-6.4 days in cotton and 6.2-9.8 days in soil.At the 7th day after application,the beta-cypermethrin residue in cottonseed were lower than 0.2 mg/kg.[Conclusions] The preharvest interval of chlorpyrifos·beta-cypermethrin 12% EC in cotton was suggested to be 7 days.
