摘要
考察了提取温度、料液比、提取时间、氧化钙用量、乙醇溶液浓度、超声辅助时间对胡杨叶水杨苷提取率的影响。采用Box-Behnken设计,以筛选出的显著因素氧化钙用量、超声辅助时间、乙醇浓度为自变量,水杨苷提取率为响应,对提取工艺进行优化。响应面及综合分析表明,最佳工艺条件为超声时间19min、CaO加入量1.02:10(w/w)、乙醇浓度71.4%、温度75℃、料液比1:25、提取时间60min,上述条件下水杨苷的实际提取率可达86.3%。
The effects of extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, CaO amount, ethanol concentration and ultrasonic assisted time on extraction rate of salicin from Populus euphratica leaves were investigated in this paper. The technology for salicin extraction were optimized by Box-Behnken design, using significant factors selected (CaO amount, ultrasonic assisted time, ethanol concentration) as the independent variables, and extraction rate as the response. Analysis result of response indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follow: ultrasonic assisted time 19 min, CaO amount 1.02:10(w/w), ethanol concentration 71.4%, extraction temperature 75 %, solid-liquid ratio 1:25, extraction time 60 min. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction yield of salicin reached 86.3%, which was consistent essentially with the theory.
