5个非洲菊品种9种营养元素的分布规律初探 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究非洲菊中营养元素的分布规律,采用湿法消解ICP-AES测定5个非洲菊品种的9种营养元素。结果显示:9种元素呈现K>Ca>P>Mg>Fe>B>Mn>Zn>Cu的趋势。1号品种叶中Ca、Mg、Mn、Zn含量最高。2号品种叶中Cu含量最高,花中P含量最高;蕾中Ca、Mg含量最低。3号品种蕾中K含量最高;叶中P含量最低。4号品种花中B含量最高;叶中K含量最低。5号品种叶中Fe含量最高,Cu含量最低;蕾中Mn含量最低,花中Zn、B含量最低。这些结果对合理施肥具有指导作用。 In order to investigate the distributing rules of nutrient elements in Gerbera jamesonii, 9 kind of nutrient elements in 5 variety of Gerbera jarnesonff were determined by ICP-AES with wet digestion. The results showed that the contents of 9 kind elements ordered as follows.K〉Ca〉P〉Mg 〉Fe〉B〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu. The contents of Ca,Mg,Mn and Zn were the highest in leaves of No. 1. The content of Cu was the highest in leaves of No. 2 and P content was the highest in flowers,while Ca and Mg contents were the lowest in buds. The content of K was the highest in buds and P was the lowest in leaves of No. 3. The content of B was the highest in flowers,and K was the lowest in leaves of No. 4. The content of Fe was the highest and Cu was the lowest in leaves,and Mn was the lowest in buds,Zn and B were the lowest in flowers of No. 5. These results have directive effect on reasonable fertilization.
