摘要 基于LPC参数模型 ,引入了混合激励源、非周期脉冲、自适应谱增强、脉冲散布及傅氏幅度模型来进一步改善合成语音的质量 .计算机模拟及非正式的语音试听结果表明 ,新的多带混合激励线性预测语音编码器在 2 4kbit/s编码速率重建的语音质量接近于 4 8kbit/sCELP算法的质量 . Based on the traditional LPC parameteric model, five additional features, mixed pulse and noise excitation, aperiodic pulses, adaptive spectral enhancement, pulse dispersion and Fourier magnitude modeling are introduced to further improve the quality of synthesized speech. The computer simulation and informal listening test results show that the new Multi Band Mixed Excitation Linear Predictive ( MBMELP ) speech coder at 2.4 kbit/s can produce a synthesized speech quality close to that by CELP algorithm at 4 8 kbit/s .
