摘要
2008年,国务院批复实施《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》,标志着广西北部湾经济区的开放开发已经上升为国家战略,南宁市面临前所未有的发展机遇。新一轮南宁市城市总体规划修编积极探索新思路,以实现南宁市自身跨越式发展为研究重点,探索城乡统筹背景下区域联动的设施一体化建设的转型和提升,基于紧凑城市理论,通过严控规模、圈层发展和组团布局等措施实现南宁城市健康发展。研究在总结上述工作经验的基础上,分析不足,以期对新时代背景下城市转型与重构过程中面临的一些关键问题及应对策略进行探索。
In 2008, the State Council approved Guangxi Beibu Bay Economic Zone Development Planning, and it symbols the region＇s development being lifted as a national strategy. Nanning being a major city in the economic zone faces unprecedented development opportunities. The urban master plan revision studies development transition and improvement for urban rural integrate development. Based on compact city theories, scale control, concentric development, and unit layout strategies are adopted to realize healthy urban development. The paper concludes the planning revision experience and lessons, and studies crucial issues and strategies for future urban transition and remaking.
