摘要 介绍了测辐射热计红外探测器 ,并从理论上对测辐射热计的热流进行了模拟计算 ,得出由膜电阻实现的光电变换的输出信号电压 ,继而分析了测辐射热计的响应率和灵敏度等性能。指出了选用具有大的电阻温度系数的膜电阻材料和优良的热绝缘结构 (如桥式结构 )是研制器件的关键。测辐射热计具有性能好、价格低、可靠性高的特点 ,采用它研制的轻小型低功耗的红外热像仪可广泛地用于军事和民品。测辐射热计技术有望在下一个十年发展成为一门新的产业。 This paper introduces the bolometer infrared detector, and gives the analog calculation of the heat flow of the bolometer theoretically to get the output signal voltage of the photoelectric transition due to the change of thin film resistance, then the performance of the bolometer such as the responsibility and the sensitivity. It is the key for the devices to select the film for material with large temperature coefficient of resistance and the detector structure of good thermal isolation (i.e. bridge structure). Bolometer has the advantage of good performance, low cost and high reliability. The thermal imager developed on the basis of such technology has light weight, small size and low power consumption, which can be used widely in both military and commercial applications. The technology of bolometer will be a new industry in next decade.
