甲状腺核素显像联合超声检查对甲状腺结节的诊断价值 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺核素显像联合超声检查检查对甲状腺结节的诊断价值。方法以术后病理结果为金标准，对320例甲状腺结节的核素显像、超声和两者联合应用进行对比性研究。结果单纯超声诊断甲状腺结节的诊断符合率为76．88％，核素显像的诊断符合率为67．81％，两者联合的诊断符合率为90．00％。结论甲状腺核素显像联合超声检查检查优于单项核素检查或超声检查，对鉴别甲状腺结节的良恶性起着重要作用。
