碱土金属锡酸盐薄膜的光学性质研究 被引量:3

Study on Photoelectric Properties of Alkaline Earth Stannate Films

摘要 用Varian Cary 5000紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计对几种碱土金属锡酸盐薄膜的光学透射谱进行了测量;用改进的包络线法对所得透射谱进行了相关计算,得到了碱土金属锡酸盐薄膜的折射率、吸收系数、厚度以及光学带隙等光学参数;对所得结果进行了理论分析,结果显示:锡酸盐薄膜在可见光波段满足经典的Sellmeier色散关系。用外推法计算了光学带隙并对光吸收过程进行了分析。 In this paper,the optical transmission spectra of the serials Alkaline earth stannate films were obtained by a Varian Cary 5000 UV/VIS/NIR Spectrophotometers.The basic optical constants of the serials stannate films including the refractive index,thickness,absorption coefficient and the optical band gap were calculated by an improved method based on the envelope curves of the transmission spectrum.The calculation results show the stannate films agree well with the Sellmeier's dispersion relation.These analysis results are identical with the reportorial literature.The extrapolation was used to calculate the optical band gap and the processes of the absorptive transition was discussed.
