摘要
依据国家有关法规、行业标准和以往管理经验,制定出《医疗机构临床实验室各专业科目质量考评细则表》,建立了江西省三级、二级临床实验室专业科目质量考评和检验项目准入的分级管理标准。通过达标验收形式的应用表明,依照本标准进行临床实验室建设与管理,能保障临床检验质量和提高检验技术水平,它既是行业内考评标准,也是实验室设置建设的标准。
To ensure the test quality and technical levels of clinical laboratory, the quality evaluation rules table of all professional subjects of clinical laboratory was designed and the standards of professional subject quality evaluation and the classification management in secondary and tertiary clinical laboratory were established according to related national laws, industry standards and management experience. The results show that clinical test quality and test technology can be improved when follows the above standards. It is not only the industry evaluation standard but also the laboratory setting standards.
