盐酸法舒地尔对心绞痛患者冠状动脉慢血流的疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察盐酸法舒地尔治疗冠状动脉慢血流(CSFP)心绞痛的疗效。方法:将72例冠状动脉造影发现CSFP的心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,均给予心绞痛常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注盐酸法舒地尔60mg,1次/天,每月治疗10天,连续3个月。3个月后复查冠脉造影TIMI血流并观察心绞痛缓解情况,比较两组差异。结果:观察组心绞痛改善总有效率88.89%,与对照组(72.22%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗前后TIMI计帧值(25.63±4.02 vs 31.67±5.32)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组(30.73±5.14 vs 32.05±8.02)无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察期间未发现不良反应。结论:盐酸法舒地尔可改善CSFP并缓解心绞痛症状。 Objective: To observe the curative effect of fasudil hydrochloride therapy on coronary slow flow phenomenon(CSFP). Method: 72 patients with angina pectoris who were discovered with CSFP in coronary angiography(CAG) were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Each group was composed with 36 patients and they were all gave conventional therapy of coronary artery disease while 60 mg fasudil hydrochloride were injected by vein in patients of observation group daily in the first 10 days of erery month.After 3 months,all patients came back and received CAG and contrasted their pectoralgia.And the difference was analyzed in statistics between two groups. Results: The total catabatic rate of angina pectoris in observation group was 88.89% while it was 72.22% in control group,the difference was not significent in statistics (P>0.05).The TIMI blood flow rate was improved in observation group(25.63 ±4.02 vs 31.67 ±5.32) (P<0.05) while it had no statistical changes in control group(30.73 ±5.14 vs 32.05 ±8.02)(P>0.05). Conclusion: Fasudil hydrochloride can improve the blood velocity of coronary in patients with CSFP and can relieve their pectoralgia.
