原发性食管小细胞癌的诊治进展 被引量：3

摘要 原发性食管小细胞癌（primary esophageal small cell ofcarcinomas,PESC）是一种非常少见的恶性肿瘤,其胃镜、影像学、临床表现等与食管鳞癌、腺癌相似,但其生物学行为、组织来源及治疗等不同于食管鳞癌及腺癌,具有症状出现早、生长速度快、病情发展迅速、早期就可发生转移的特点。虽然PESC在国外罕见,但是由于食管癌在我国高发,且呈逐年增加趋势,究其原因发病率升高也许是绝对原因,而免疫组织化学等新技术的广泛应用提高了诊断率也是重要的因素之一。
