摘要
目的建立评价福建莲子心质量的方法。方法根据《中国药典》测定了福建莲子心的含水量、总灰分含量,用薄层色谱法进行鉴别;建立了HPLC测定莲子心生物碱含量的方法。结果福建莲子心的含水量、总灰分含量符合《中国药典》要求,莲子心的莲心碱最高含量为0.29%。结论福建莲子心生物碱含量差异较大;我们所建立的HPLC法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,可对莲子心进行有效的质量控制。
Objective To establish the methed for evaluating the quality of plumula nelumbinis in Fujian.Methods According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the water content and total ash content of plumula nelumbinis in Fujian were determined.The components of the sample were identified and analyzed by thin layer chromatography,and the alkaloid content was determined by HPLC.Results The water content and total ash content of the sample met with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the maximum content of liensinine in the sample was 0.29%.Conclusion The alkaloid content is different in different samples of plumula nelumbinis in Fujian.HPLC assay is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for quality control of plumula nelumbinis.
