摘要
基于对江西不同林龄油茶(Camelliaoleifera)林下土壤养分含量和酶活性的测定,探讨了不同林龄油茶林土壤养分、酶活性特征及其相互关系。结果表明,随着土层逐渐加深,油茶林土壤养分含量逐渐下降,过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和蔗糖酶活性均表现为夏季高于秋季。随着林龄的增加,土壤养分含量及土壤酶活性呈规律性变化,0~20cm土层,6种林龄的油茶林和无林地对照中,夏季有机质含量50(年)龄油茶林(G-50yr)最高,为3.89%;秋季有机质含量10(年)龄油茶林(D-10yr)最高,为2.25%;夏、秋季过氧化氢酶活性均以50(年)龄油茶林(G-50yr)最高,分别为2.12和1.61mL·g-1。夏季过氧化物酶活性和蔗糖酶活性均以6(年)龄油茶林(C-6yr)最高,分别为2.45U·g-1和3.43mL·g-1。20~40cm土层,6种林龄的油茶林和对照林分中,夏、秋季有机质含量均以50(年)龄油茶林(G-50yr)最高,分别为1.97%和1.31%,夏、秋季过氧化氢酶活性均以50(年)龄油茶林(G-50yr)最高,分别为1.50和0.95mL·g-1,秋季过氧化物酶活和蔗糖酶活性均以C-6yr最高,分别为2.22U·g-1和1.33mL·g-1。相关分析表明,不同林龄油茶林各土层上土壤养分因子与土壤酶活性之间呈显著或极显著相关,过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、蔗糖酶可作为评价土壤质量及肥力较好的生物学参考指标。
Based on the determination of soil nutrient content and enzyme activity of Jiangxi Camellia oleifera forest at different plantation ages, soil nutrients, enzyme activity features and their relationship were studied. The correlation analysis showed that soil nutrient factors and soil enzyme activity in each layer were significant or extremely significant correlated, Catalase, peroxidase, invertase are the good biological reference indexs to evaluate soil quality and soil fertility.
