胎盘不典型性富于细胞的绒毛膜血管瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，2l岁。停经39±2周，孕1产0，于2011年2月3日收入院。既件体健，月经规律。产科检查：宫高31cm，腹围106cm，胎位：左枕前位，胎心率146次／min，辅助检食：血常规、凝血功能正常。肝功能无异常。
