摘要
为明确SPVD造成甘薯减产的机理与薯苗内叶绿素含量间的关系,本试验采用病毒嫁接方法对6种甘薯品种进行处理,结果表明,嫁接SPVD病毒后各参试甘薯品种叶绿素含量及产量均有不同程度的降低,其中,徐紫3的试验结果显示,在生长前期和后期叶绿素降低对甘薯产量造成的影响较大。甘薯品种徐050801处理组与对照组间产量无显著差异,表明其对SPVD具有一定的耐受能力。
In order to illustrate the relationship between the mechanism of yield loss caused by SPVD and chlorophyll content,6 sweet potato varieties were grafted with SPVD.The results showed that both the chlorophyll content and the yield of all tested varieties were reduced.According to the result of Xuzi 3,the effect of chlorophyll reduction occurred at early and later stage on yield loss was highly significant.In addition,there was no significant difference between the yield of treated Xu050801 and CK,which indicated that there probably existed a certain extent tolerance to SPVD.
