摘要
目的：探讨糖尿病对胸部手术的影响。方法：对３３例胸部疾病合并糖尿病者围手术期如何控制血糖以及术后并发症进行临床回顾性分析。结果：３３例手术病人血糖控制满意且顺利渡过围手术期，术后并发症发生率２２例次，平均住院３５ｄ，无手术死亡。结论：对糖尿病病者围手术期合理采用降糖药，严格控制血糖，同样能减少并发症和死亡率，达到预期外科治疗效果。
Objective:To discuss the influence of diabetes on thoracic operation.Method:Using retrospective analysis on the control of blood sugar and postoperative complication during perioperative period of 33 thoracic disease patients complicated with diabetes.Result:The blood sugar of these 33 patients was controlled well and these patients recovered through the perioperative time.22 cases occured postoperative complications,mean hospitalization time was 35 days with no operative death.Conclusion:Using hypoglycemia drugs methodically during perioperative time to control the blood sugar can reduce operative complication and mortality.
