摘要
本文对重庆石柱绿壳蛋鸡遗传资源的基本情况进行调查,表明它可能是在一定时间通过闭锁繁育形成的一个独特资源群体,具有独特的外貌特征和丰富的多样性。同时,对其经济性状进行了分析,结果表明,与重庆其他地方鸡种比较,石柱绿壳蛋鸡具有非常优良的生长和屠体性能。另外,石柱绿壳鸡蛋在蛋壳强度、哈氏单位、蛋黄比率和蛋壳厚度等蛋品质性状方面优于相同饲养条件下的粉壳鸡蛋。
Chongqing green-shell layer genetic resources was investigated in the current study.The result showed that it may be a unique genetic resources in a certain period of time,and it has a unique appearance and diversity.And its main economic traits were analyzed.The results showed that the growth and meat performance traits of shizhu green-shell layer were better than others of Chongqing local breeds.The shell strength,Haugh unit,percentage of yolk and shell thickness traits were superior to pink-shell layer under the same feeding conditions.
