贵州柳源香鸡mtDNA控制区的遗传多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究柳源香鸡与瑶山鸡、黔东南小香鸡的亲缘关系,探讨柳源香鸡的起源和品种遗传多态性,采用mtDNA D-loop序列变异对柳源香鸡、瑶山鸡和黔东南小香鸡进行遗传多态性的研究。结果表明:A、G、C和T等4种核苷酸的平均比例分别为25.22%、13.51%、25.82%、35.45%;共发现29个变异位点(不包含种内变异位点),占分析位点总数的3.71%,其中18个转换,11个颠换;具有29种单倍型,其中有11种共享单倍型。群体遗传多态性与亲缘关系分析表明,柳源香鸡个体具有瑶山鸡、黔东南小香鸡的遗传贡献。 In order to research the genetic relationship of Liuyuan Chicken,Yaoshan Chicken,Qiedongnan Chicken,and the origin and genetic diversity of Liuyuan Chicken,PCR and direct sequencing methods were used to analyze a part of mtDNA D-loop in Liuyuan Chicken,Yaoshan Chicken and Qiandongnan Chicken.The results showed that the average nucleotide compositions of those three kinds of chicken were A 25.22 %,G 13.51 %,C 25.82 %,T 35.45 %.There were 29 polymorphic sites accounting for 3.71 %,in which only transition and transversion were found 18 and 11,respectively.Moreover,11 haplotypes were shared in 29 haplotypes among some chicken population.Then Liuyuan Chicken was related to Yaoshan Chicken and Qiandongnan Chicken by analyzing.
