摘要
采用8种纸袋对尤力克柠檬进行套袋处理,以不套袋为对照,研究了不同纸袋类型对柠檬果实品质的影响。结果表明:套袋可提高果实亮度,改善外观品质,对果实可溶性固形物含量与可滴定酸含量因不同类型果袋影响不一。选用外黄内黑纸袋进行套袋的柠檬亮度、黄色度、可溶性固形物含量和固酸比大于对照,差异显著;但总酸含量低于对照。
In order to study the effects of different types of bag on fruit quality of lemon,eight kinds of bag were taken as tested materials to bag the Eureka lemon.The results showed that bagging improved fruit outside quality,and the effect of total soluble solid and total acid was different with different kinds of bag.The lightness,yellowness,total soluble solid and TSS/TA of fruit bagged with the bag,which was yellow outside and black inside,was higher than that with non-bagging,but total acid was reduced.
