强迫症状对抑郁症影响79例对照研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的　探讨强迫症状对抑郁症的影响。方法　以 YAL E- BROWN强迫评定量表评定 79例抑郁症患者 ,伴有强迫症状者作为观察组 ,共 34例 ;无强迫症状者作为对照组 ,共 45例。两组进行对照研究。结果　两组患者在一般资料、HAMD评分、治疗情况及疗效上均无显著性差异 ,观察组的住院时间、抑郁症状好转时间较对照组显著延长 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　强迫症状使抑郁症的治疗更为困难。
