摘要 新生儿脑损伤可导致缺氧或缺血,使耳蜗核和脑干损害,引起外周及中枢听神经通路异常,易发生听神经损伤,甚至可能出现神经系统后遗症。突出脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的早期检测对于脑损伤的早期诊断、早期干预,降低高危儿的听神经损伤发生率,改善患儿预后和生活质量具有重要意义。现就BAEP在新生儿脑损伤早期评估中的临床研究予以综述。 Neonate cerebral injury can lead to hypoxia or ischemia,and makes peripheral and central auditory nerve pathway abnormal by damaging the cochlear nucleus and brainstem.Finally,it will lead to auditory damage,or even the occurrence of sequelae of nerve system.BAEP is of great importance in the early assessment and intervention for neonate cerebral injury,reducing hearing injury in high risk neonates,improving the prognosis and their quality of life.Here is to summarize the clinical significance of BAEP in the early assessment of neonate cerebral injury.
