摘要
目的:探讨IQ-200和UF500i 2种全自动尿沉渣分析仪与标准人工镜检之间检测结果对比分析,保证在同一实验室内各个不同仪器对同份标本检测结果的准确性与一致性。方法:用3种方法检测新鲜晨尿180份,监测尿液有形成分中的WBC、RBC、上皮细胞、管型等指标,比较3种方法的结果。结果:以显微镜镜检作为参考标准,通过对2台仪器180份标本的检测结果分析,2台仪器在灵敏性和特异性等方面无显著性差异,在假阳性率、总符合率方面IQ-200要优于UF-500i。结论:使用IQ-200与UF-500i全自动尿液分析仪进行尿沉渣检测时,应对检测结果进行分析,必要时进行显微镜人工复检,确保检测结果的准确性,以便为临床诊断治疗及预后提供可靠准确的依据。
Objective To guarantee the consistency and accuracy of the results of IQ-200 and UF-500i by comparing and analyzing the results between these two kinds of automatic urinary sediment analyzers and microscopic examination.Methods There were 180 urine samples collected.WBC,RBC,epithelial cells and casts were analyzed by the automatic urinary sediment analyzers and microscopic examination.The results by these three methods were compared.Results The sensitivity and specificity of the two instruments had no significant difference,but the false-positive rate of IQ-200 was lower than UF-500i,while the total coincidence rate was higher.Conclusion The results must be analyzed when using IQ-200 and UF500i;microscopic examination is necessary to guarantee the accuracy of the results.
