摘要
电镀金刚石刀具是光学零件成形加工的重要工具。针对光学加工过程中缺少合理的电镀金刚石刀具管理模型造成管理混乱、生产等待和质量隐患等问题,对现有电镀金刚石刀具在生产车间的管理现状进行分析,利用IDEFO方法建立了一种基于光学加工的电镀金刚石刀具管理模型,并在此基础上优化管理流程。最后结合Visual Basic 2005和SQLServer 2005软件开发了基于光学加工的电镀金刚石刀具管理系统。目前,该系统已在实际生产中投入使用,有效解决了上述问题,效果良好。
Electroplated diamond tool is an important tool in the optical manufacture processing. In allusion to the problem such as management confusion,waiting time of production and hidden quality trouble,the manage status of the electroplated diamond tool is analyzed. A tool management model based on optical manufacture is set up by IDEFO method and the optimization process is introduced based on the model. In the end, the management system of the electroplated diamond tool is developed with Visual Basic 2005 and SQL Server 2005. At present,the system has been used and resolved the above-mentioned problems effectively.
