摘要
对7种不同盖覆紧度涤塔夫织物的经纬向分别拉伸,同时用高速摄像机记录拉伸的全过程,分析织物拉伸变形直至断裂过程中的数字化信息,研究结果表明:试样拉伸初始阶段属于力学高模量区,纵向伸长缓慢,但是宽度明显减小;拉伸曲线的中间区域属于力学低模量区,纵向伸长速度加快,试样宽度减小的速度减缓;尾部阶段沿受力方向纱线伸长、纤维间出现相互滑移,模量增高,试样宽度变化较平稳。经向第1个特征点试样宽度残留率变化幅度比纬向大,经向前2个阶段宽度变化率随着盖覆紧度增大呈增大趋势。
7 polyester taffeta fabrics with different cover factors were subjected to warpwise and weftwise drawing respectively and at the same time,the entire drawing process was recorded by the high-speed camera.The digital information of the fabrics from extensional deformation to breaking was analyzed.The study showed that the initial stage of the drawing belongs to mechanically high modulus area,longitudinal elongation becomes slow,but the width is reduced;the intermediate stage of the drawing is mechanically low modulus area,longitudinal elongation speed is up,and the speed of width decrease slows down;in the tail stage,the yarns extend along the direction of the force-bearing,the fibers slip,modulus increases,changes of the sample width appear more smoothly.With respect to the residual change of the width at the first feature point,along the warp direction is greater than along weft direction.The change rate of width appears increasing trend at the first and second stages as the cover factor increases.
