摘要
25例房间隔缺损修补术病人随机分为针麻组、针刺加全麻组和全麻组 ,测定转流前、停心肺转流和停心肺转流 1小时的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物丙二醛和肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶及术中平均动脉压和心率。结果 :①组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ停转流后 1小时SOD较转流前明显增高 ,组ⅢSOD较转流前明显下降 ,MDA显著增加 ;②三组CK MB ,停转流 1小时均较转流前明显增加 ,组Ⅲ的增加幅度明显大于组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ。结论 :针刺增加机体对氧自由基的清除能力 。
Twenty-eight cases of repair of auricular septal defect were randomly divided into acupuncture anesthesia group(group Ⅰ,n=6),acupuncture plus general anesthesia group(group Ⅱ,n=10)and general anesthesia group(group Ⅲ,n=9),and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and isoenzyme of creatine phosphate kinase(CKMB)before flowchange,at stopping flowchange of heart and lung and one hour after stopping flowchange of heart and lung and the mean artery pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR) in operation were determined.Results indicated that SOD in the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased significantly one hour after stopping flowchange and in the proup Ⅱ decreased significantly and MDA increased as compared with those before flowchange; CKMB in the 3 groups all increased significantly one hour after stopping flowchange as compared with those before flowchange,with the amplitudes of increase in the group Ⅲ being significant higher than those in the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ.It is concluted that acupuncture increases capability of clearing oxygen free radical in the organism,relieving injury of myocardium due to ischemia.
