摘要
目的了解农村老年残疾人康复需求现状及其影响因素。方法以第二次全国残疾人抽样调查中重庆市某两个县区确定的346名持证农村老年残疾人为研究对象,调查其康复需求现状。结果346名农村老年残疾人中,224名(64.7%)需要康复医疗、223名(64.6%)需要辅助器具,198名(57.2%)需要功能训练指导、131名(37.9%)需要康复知识宣教。多因素Logistic分析显示:男性(OR=0.09,P<0.001)、年龄较小(OR=0.05,P<0.01)的农村老年残疾人康复医疗需求较低,残疾程度越严重(OR=6.74,P<0.001)的农村老年残疾人辅助器具需求越高,残疾程度严重(OR=0.01,P<0.001)的农村老年残疾人功能训练指导需求高,疾病致残(OR=2.72,P<0.01)、学历越高(OR=0.17,P<0.01)的农村老年残疾人康复知识需求高。结论应将康复医疗服务的重点向女性、残疾程度严重、疾病所致残疾的老年残疾人群倾斜。
Objective To investigate the current needs of rehabilitation and influencing factors among rural elderly people with disability. Method 346 rural elderly people with disability were surveyed basedonon the second China na- tional sample survey on disability, their rehabilitation needs were evaluated. Result Among 346 rural elderly people, The needs of rehabilitation medical service is 224 （64.7 %）, aid devices needs is 224 （64.6 % ）, guidance of rehabili- tative training needs is 223 （57.2% ）, rehabilitation knowledge needs is 198（37.9 %）. The disability of rural younger （OR = 0.09, P〈 0.001 ） man （OR = 0.05, P〈 0.01 ） have the lower needs of rehabilitation medical service ; people with more severe（OR= 6.74, P〈0. 001）disability have the higher demands for the aid devices; people with more se vere （OR=0. 01, P〈0. 001）disability have the higher demands for the guidance of rehabilitation training. People with crippling disease（OR= 2.72, P（0.01） and higher education（OR= 0.17, P〈0.01） are more likely to have the demands for rehabilitation knowledge. Conclusion Launch rehabilitation services for the rural elderly people with dis- ability should pay attention to woman, more severe and elderly people with crippling disease.
