摘要
文章研究了以新鲜马铃薯为底物,利用丙酮丁醇梭菌GX01发酵生产丙酮丁醇。对发酵培养基的组成进行了优化,确定了发酵培养基的组成:初始糖为90 g/L、豆粕为4.0 g/L和FeSO4.7H2O为0.08 g/L;以此发酵培养基在37℃下发酵60 h,丁醇产量平均可达到17.02 g/L,总溶剂量达到29.39 g/L。
Acetone and butanol fermentation by Clostridium acetobutylicum GX01 using fresh potato as fermentation substrate was studied.The fermentation condition was optimized.The research results showed that the optimum fermentation condition was: the initial concentration of sugar is 90 g/L,the soybean meal is 4.2 g/L,the FeSO4.7H2O is 0.08 g/L,the fermentation temperature was 37 ℃,and the fermentation time was 60 h.The yield of butanol and total solvent under the optimum condition were 17.02 g/L and 29.39 g/L,respectively.
